P. Wade Ross is the Chief Executive with the Texas Small Farmers and Ranchers Community Based Organization. TSFR CBO is a 501(c)3 non-profit established in 1998. Their mission is to gain all the information that's needed to make sure that they're providing economic empowerment to underserved agriculture producers.
